Super Great Experience! The entire staff was Delightful! Shawn Liggett was so knowledgable, patient, caring and even humorous-my husband, daughter and I just loved him! Jimmy was my hudband's initial contact and the reason we decided to work with Wallace in the first place. Before Jimmy we met with several other sales people and dealers... not impressed! Jimmy was with a customer when our family returned which is how/why he introduced us to Shawn. Shawn made the entire process stress-free! Further kudos to Gary Marvich whom Shawn called in to wrap up our purchase price. He was super agreeable and proficient! Special mention re: Braden, who we met and was such a nice young man. Our final meeting with a Wallace family member was Gary Stickman who worked the signatures and service agreement to meet our needs. What a great guy/thorough yet quick and answered all our last questions. All in all -we came away with huge smiles very happy with our stunning silver Tuscon and the entire process to get it.
