I work in a remote location and sometimes at home, and the sales person made his personal cell I received excellent communication from my sales man. I work in a remote location and sometimes at home, and the sales person made his personal cell phone number available to me so we could communicate via text, which is much more efficient for me with my schedule. He was not pushy at all but was very responsive to all my questions. Additionally, in a conversation during one of our test drives, I learned how much he has enjoyed working at Wallace and that the dealership has a lot of retention.
