I asked them to give me their assessment. They were confused as to what I wanted so I talked to the service manager and told him that I needed someone to hit the AC seat button, see if it's working. The tech could hit the button, sit down, put their hand on the seat, or use a thermo-gauge. I just wanted their expert opinion. He said, Ok, there will be a charge to check it out. I said, okay. I get the car back on Thursday and the work order says that they can't duplicate the customers concern. The Charge was 165.00 That's it.
