I feel tricked into the price of this car, because I already wanted this car. But other than that, everyone was very nice to work with. When I arrived, the car they had in stock was damaged, and they said I would have to pay extra to fix it. They also didn't offer any discounts on the car. Then when they said they would fix the car for me and give me some money for my trade in, but no money off the price of the car, I asked about the coupon Michelle gave me. Ahmed said that because they were fixing the car for me, and because they were giving me money for my trade-in, that that was enough money to come off of the car and I was lucky. I really wanted to walk right there, and I almost did. But I thought about my family having a better car, so I went along with the purchase. Honestly, if Hyundai really was an honest company, it would be more about family (who was with me, by the way) vs just money money money. And I understand they have to make their living, but come on. You could have met my needs while still making yours. More

Sales person and finance manager were wonderful to work with. Manager not so much. He called me a liar and then lied to me more than once. The only reason I purchased the car was because I loved it and the with. Manager not so much. He called me a liar and then lied to me more than once. The only reason I purchased the car was because I loved it and the price turned out to be good enough, even though it was more than he had originally quoted me and I ended up having to get a more expensive car. Bait and switch at its finest. But I will say the salesman and finance guy were great! Not sure if I will return there for my service. More
