Marquis helped me on the first day in but after coming back the next day I feel like Marquis wasn't fully honest wit Don in finance was so helpful!! Which I thought was odd. But the next day when I took time off of work to come in, Tyler said he could appraise it. I got the feeling that the sales team appraises themselves. I was only under the impression that this was the first step in the process because Dev (customer care dept) had told me such over the phone when he "set an appt" for me to come in. Tyler and Don were pretty transparent with me and are the reason I am giving the rating of 5 stars. Some of the other staff could be a little more straight forward. But I am glad I wound up working with Tyler and even happier that Don walked me through the stressful process of financing and helped me tremendously to leave feeling confident and comfortable with my terms and payment.
