Horrible experience! No transparency! Was told one thing over phone and another in person. Went there to buy my 16 year old daughter her first car which is a milestone. S No transparency! Salesman never asked my daughters name and barely talked to her as it was clear that only thing that mattered to him was selling car and earning commission. . Salesman did not allow us to see car until he drafted up financial documents. We had been to multiple dealerships and no one else did this.A person needs to see car before they decide to purchase it. My daughter said to me “I like the car but don’t want to buy car from place who treats us this way.” The next day we bought car from another dealership that puts all fees on website. We felt difference the minute we walked in. Salespeople there were honest and knew how to treat customers. Then 2 days after going to Wallace Nissan I get alert that price of car was reduced after we were told by manager that price was final. Car buying should not have to be so stressful! If you want to sell cars, treat customers the way you want want family members and yourself to be treated! More

First of all, I’d like to say the salesperson ANDREW was the only employee that I really liked to talk to. He’s a nice guy and did his job the right way! But other than that, I can tell you guys that Jose ( the only employee that I really liked to talk to. He’s a nice guy and did his job the right way! But other than that, I can tell you guys that Jose (one of the managers) spoke with me over the phone and we agreed that he would include the leather seats on the deal with no cost. Then, once they had the contract ready to sign, he backed up on his word and told me me that there was nothing that he could do it about (basically leave it or take it)… that’s unbelievable! From where I come from, a word worth more than a signature. I was doing a trade in and my Chevrolet Cargo Van had the security light triggered the day that I was going to get the truck. Instead of trying to fix my van and do the deal with Nissan, I decided to take my van to Chevrolet to be repaired and then I went to Wallace Nissan. I spoke with Chris (another manager) and explain to him what happened to my van and that I’d honor the deal that I gave my word, but instead of doing the trade in, I was going to pay the difference as a down payment and still do the deal. He (Chris) told me that everything was fine, that they’d get the contract ready for me in the afternoon. I said OK. But then when I was back to sign the contract, numbers was a little different that what we agreed (leather seats was CHARGED), and again Jose (manager) told me that I had to “EAT the leather seats” if I wanted to do the deal. After all of this, I “ATE the NO COMMITMENTS” that you guys made up and sign the contract. When I was ready to do the down payment, another BIG SURPRISE! YAMI (Financial) told me that WALLACE does NOT accept more than $3,000 on a credit card, which by the way… NOBODY told me at any point HOW I should’ve done the DOWN PAYMENT. Not even CHRIS… So, I had a 10,200 TOTAL as a DOWN PAYMENT, and I had to pay 3,000 in credit card and I have to drop off a cashiers check of 7,200 this week (which I was NOT expecting to do)… And I know that you guys can make an exception, but at that point (contract signed) nobody cared about the situation and myself! So, I’m really frustrated and disappointed with WALLACE NISSAN. I don’t think that any of your employees (Jose, Chris, Yami) are honest people. There’s NO COMMITMENT and AGREEMENT! You do whatever it takes to get the deal, you LIE after that first approach, you DO NOT honor your word, you DON’T disclosure requirements for DOWN PAYMENT (HOW should be done)… That’s NOT me and that’s NOT how I do business with my customers! So, NO NO NO… I would NOT refer WALACE NISSAN to anybody that I know! I’m very UNHAPPY with your store! And for sure, you guys are gonna get a REALLY BAD REVIEW about the way you run the business. What you guys did to me, it’s NOT right. More

the sales department really sucks I was looking for a certain vehicle and they said it was in stock and on the lot. One hour later after driving for an hour I get there and presto it was sold the day bef certain vehicle and they said it was in stock and on the lot. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPT! Ever! We have brought our truck here several times for a problem or routine maintenance. Well apparently they’ve never done an oil change on it, but still removed the indicato truck here several times for a problem or routine maintenance. Well apparently they’ve never done an oil change on it, but still removed the indicator warning so we thought we had oil changes, as requested. Now our 40k mike truck has a completely useless engine. The Service Manager said he put in a warranty claim and it was denied. We called ourselves, and he never put in a claim and lied about the entire thing. Then we called corporate and they said it’s up to the Dealership/Service Dept. What a hoax!!!! BEWARE!!!! More

Just came back from Stuart Florida Nissan. Their internet guy emailed me and promised me we could make a deal with me trading in my 2013 Nissan Murano using their "special offer going on right now. We are gi guy emailed me and promised me we could make a deal with me trading in my 2013 Nissan Murano using their "special offer going on right now. We are giving 120% of Kelly Blue Book value". Therefore, I should have been offered $6200 on the trade in. We get to the paperwork and they offered me a paltry and laughable $3500. When I asked "What about the 120% KBB you are advertising?" The salesman Mr. Brown tells me "Oh, we can't use that". When I ask why? He had no answer and tried to say there is a disclaimer in some flyer that's out there. I told him I never got any "flyer" and his internet guy assured me of a deal with no problem. I even showed him his internet guy Keanu's emails to prove I was offered the "special deal". But, he still didn't care. Now, I've purchased 3 Nissan's over the last 20 years and am a loyal customer. NOT ANYMORE! I'll go to Toyota instead. Stuart Florida Nissan are a bunch of liars just to get you to drive 30 miles for NOTHING! NEVER AGAIN! I worked in marketing in the past for many years and am VERY good at it. I hope Stuart Nissan enjoys me blasting them on the internet with what they have done. More

I turned in my Kia Sportage while buying a Nissan Sentra and was told the lease was going to be paid. Then I received from kia a charge for turn in leased car. I questioned Nissan since they said the lease and was told the lease was going to be paid. Then I received from kia a charge for turn in leased car.
