Great experience/2014 Outback Was looking for a good used vehicle in good condition. We had been to several dealerships in the area and hadn't found anything that fit what we were Was looking for a good used vehicle in good condition. Started looking online at different dealerships and came across Wallace Subaru in Johnson City's website. Scrolled down through the used cars and found a Forester that we were interested in. Scheduled a time to go look at it. Glenn Landstrom was the sales person that contacted us about the Forester. We test drove it, but weren't really satisfied with it. Glenn suggested we take a look at an Outback that they had. Test drove it and really liked it. Glenn was very helpful in answering all of our questions, and helping us through the process of buying the vehicle. He is a very professional and courteous man, and makes you feel like you've known him for years even if it is your first time meeting him. He did not put a lot of pressure on me and made me feel very comfortable. After closing the deal, Glenn went through the entire car explaining all of the features and how to operate everything. Dan Witt is the Man!! Dan Witt is the man! I just finished RT school and started working in the hospital and knew I needed a reliable vehicle. I was so overwhelmed looking Dan Witt is the man! I test drove a Subaru Forester at Wallace Subaru in Johnson City and immediately fell in love! That was the easy part. Being a first time car owner, I was really dreading the whole striking a deal business aspect. I had heard horror stories... Dan put my fears to rest! In no way did he push me to make a choice. He really made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. I was trading in my 2013 Civic and when they brought me the first offer he saw on my face how disappointed/ offended I was. He looked me in the eyes and said, “Alex we will figure this out. Your car is worth more than this. Tell me what you want and I will fight for you.” And fought for me he did. I could not be any happier with my first adult purchase. I am so blessed that Dan was apart of my experience.
