Very Helpful Chad our Salesmen and was extremely courteous and helpful. He explained all the details and showed me all features of the vehicle. Deceptive Practices Exercised lease end purchase option. Despite the lease clearly stating the fees and amounts I would be responsible for Wallace increased the fees and Exercised lease end purchase option. Spoke to VW Credit and they said it was a dealer issue. I currently own 3 VW's and have owned others in the past. These are my last three and my last dealings with this or any other member of the Wallace Automotive Group. More

TOOK ADVANTAGE OF a 75 YEAR OLD WOMEN!! DO NOT USE WALLACE!! I helped my 75 year old mother lease VW passat with a 36mo term. The car was covered under a bumper to bumper VW warranty for the term of the lease. I I helped my 75 year old mother lease VW passat with a 36mo term. In 24 months the brake rotors needed replaced and they took advantage of my mother charging her $900.00 for the repairs that should have been covered under the B to B warranty. I found out about this after the fact, so I called the service manager, Jeff.in which he was very rude to deal with. He said that's too bad, and that's the way it is! I do not recommend dealing with the unfair and rude Wallace group of dealerships POOR SERVICE AND RUDE PEOPLE AND THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF a 75YEAR OLD WOMEN!! More
Put Way Too Much Oil in my Engine Went in for a basic oil change and assumed it would be done properly. When my car was ready, I didn't check the oil level before leaving the dealersh Went in for a basic oil change and assumed it would be done properly. When my car was ready, I didn't check the oil level before leaving the dealership. Weeks later, after a 400 mile road trip, I checked the oil and discovered that the oil level was way above the Max mark on the dip stick. I carefully checked it 3 times -- wiping the dipstick before each check. I estimate that there was 1 quart too much oil in my engine. As everyone knows, too much oil in the engine can damage seals and oil pumps. I took my car to Jiffy Lube and they drained the oil to the proper level free of charge. If Wallace VW cannot perform a simple oil change properly, I would be concerned with any type of complex engine repair or vehicle service issue. I cannot recommend Wallace VW service. More
