He showed me the inside and outside and was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered any questions I had and was very I was able to test drive it and loved it! Terrible Experience I bought a certified preowned GMC Terrain. Everything went downhill right I signed the deal. Told to pickup the car at 10am the following day. I showe I bought a certified preowned GMC Terrain. Everything went downhill right I signed the deal. Told to pickup the car at 10am the following day. I showed up and sat there for 1-2 hours. When I got the car home I realized the passenger tires had dry rot. I called and spoke th the service manager. He checked the certification report and told me that service recommended changing the tires, but sales had final call. He told me to talk to his service writer and they would take care of tires and align. When I spoke to the service writer, I asked if they could change just two tires on a AWD car. He did not give me a clear answer. When the car was ready, the service writer told me they changed four tires. I asked if they were new, he told me no, but they were better? I asked if they did a alignment, he said no. When I got home I looked at the tires and realized they put on a different size tire, and changed the 17” rims I bought the car with to 18”. At this point I went ballistic. After back and forth conversations with people, one of the sales managers agreed to put four new tires on the car back on the original rims I bought the car with and a alignment. More
