As asked For a seasoned sales Rep. and was directed to Chris Brosan who is a seasoned in sales and leasing. What a great guy He worked hard and got me the vehicle I wanted. Then it came to the the lease agreement money part which was cared for by another seasoned veteran Mary Chambers who worked me a deal that was better than sliced bread ... She was fantastic. I am so pleased with Wallingford Buick and would recommend them highly..I must also mention the have great service reps . headed up Brian Colangelo of which they all have automotive repair experience.... Used Tahoe So I traded in my 07 tahoe for a used 15 with 52,000 miles. We argued over $500.00 which I conceded to. And upon delivery my sales man wasn't there th So I traded in my 07 tahoe for a used 15 with 52,000 miles. We argued over $500.00 which I conceded to. And upon delivery my sales man wasn't there that day and the Tahoe wasn't detailed like we had discussed. Oh and my 07 is for sales for 17,900, theyou only gave me 11,000 because my tires were marginal. Yet they fought so hard about $500.00. I'm done with Wallingford Buick. More
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SLEAZEBALLS Went in to purchase used car-and trade in mine my car which is 6 years older than the one I looked at is in better shape and they wont budge at all o Went in to purchase used car-and trade in mine my car which is 6 years older than the one I looked at is in better shape and they wont budge at all on the price- lowballed the trade in value thousands less than KBB and NADA and Blackbook and they tell me that I don't know what its worth- and then they tried to make a 1000 profit on an extended warranty ($3000??) Do they think I am stupid or are they the stupid ones? More

Just AWFUL in every aspect possible! On August 3rd, I filled out an application for finance, and received a call back the next day from Gene Baron. He explained that my application was re On August 3rd, I filled out an application for finance, and received a call back the next day from Gene Baron. He explained that my application was received and that finance has already sent it out to lenders. I drive there and met Gene, where we discussed the vehicle I was interested in and began the paperwork process. I explained upfront that my credit wasn't the greatest and told the sales person to just be honest with me, as i didn't want to waste my time or theirs. I asked "What are my chances of getting this car?" and his reply was "I don't think you'll have a problem." I then put down a deposit in good faith to show the lenders I'm making an effort, and was told that I would have an answer by the end of that business day. I called two times that evening to get an update. On the first call, I explained that I was awaiting to hear back about a potential approval and was directed to leave Gene a voicemail so I did. The next day by noon, I still did not receive a call back, so I phoned the dealership AGAIN and was directed to Mary in finance and left her a message. At this point, I'm getting upset and frustrated and beginning to think I'm not getting an approval and since they can't get my business, they will just avoid my queries. I FINALLY got a callback from Mary, where she explained that the lenders wanted (what I personally felt was) a ridiculously high down payment and co-signer, which I told Gene upfront I didn't have and was assured could be worked around. After what I felt was the typical dealership to customer runaround given to me, I decided to cut my losses and get my deposit back. The last kick the xxx to me from Wallingford Buick GMC was that my deposit refund had to be issued in the form of a check, which I find odd since I had given them cold hard cash just 24 hours earlier. When I go to pick up my check, I had to wait what seemed like an eternity while the salesmen there were flirting and oogling over two young ladies in the showroom. Maybe if I was female, tan and anorexic with breasts, I probably would've been treated better as a customer. More
