Great service, great car, great price. Salesperson was named Nassar. He helped just enough but let me have my thinking space when I needed it. Awesome car buying experience. This dealer is absolutely amazing! We are originally from Maine, bought a car from a New Hampshire GMC dealer (3 weeks prior), and were on our way to New York to visit family when our service battery light c Maine, bought a car from a New Hampshire GMC dealer (3 weeks prior), and were on our way to New York to visit family when our service battery light came on. Originally we called all of the GMC dealers on Long Island to schedule an appointment to bring the car in when we arrived but no one was able to help us till the middle of July (so they claim). As we continued on with our trip the light continued to come on and the air conditioning suddenly stopped working. We pulled into the Wallingford Buick GMC dealer, without a phone call, where Jeff Deluca welcomed us and promised to take care of us and get us out of there that night with a working car. Once the car was taken in and reviewed, we were unfortunately told a bunch of bad news regarding our new car. For one, the alternator had gone, the battery was an interstate battery not an ac delco battery, the refrigerant had a leak and the fluid in the coolant was supposed to be dex-cool which is orange and ours was green. Wallingford Buick did a great job speaking with the original dealer that we bought the car from and was able to fix these problems as prompt as they could; they even drove an hour away to Milford to get a new alternator for us. While all the work was going on in the car, we (including our two 4 month old puppies) were very welcomed in the dealer. Everyone was very friendly, came over to say hello and we were constantly offered water for our puppies. They even offered to drop us off to get something to eat! By the time they got back from Milford with the new alternator, the service guys discovered that they were given the wrong alternator in the right box, so they pulled cars off of their lot to get an alternator that worked for our car. Everyone stuck around late and made sure that we were taken care of and by the time we got out of there it was 7pm on a Friday night. We really appreciate all of the service and generosity provided to us from Wallingford Buick GMC! More

We had a great experience with Chris Brosnan. The only thing we were disallusioned about was the extra costs, dinge insurance, etc. while doing the financing. We believe if you gave us those options up front to contemplate on and discuss while away from the dealership if would have been a better experience. Doing that while signing the papers was not a good thing. No time to discuss or look into before signing the papers. Chris and Mary were good but ????? that was not a good feeling at that time. We thought we had covered everything. PLEASE LET PEOPLE KNOW UP FRONT ABOUT THEIR OTHER OPTIONS WHEN LEASING A CAR. More
