Bringing in my Ford250 Superduty several years ago for service I first met Sean. He has always been professional, courteous, efficient and clearly explains to me what maintenance my truck needs. In fact, when I call to schedule an appointment he recognizes my voice. I have often been a victim of ageism in business establishments. Those of us women over 65 are often invisible, last to receive service, attention, or the respect our intelligence and experience deserve.
