I was specifically looking for a Jeep and unexpectedly came across one at Walls Ford that had come in as a trade in. I was researching them at multiple dealerships and was leaning towards a Jeep dealershi came across one at Walls Ford that had come in as a trade in. I was researching them at multiple dealerships and was leaning towards a Jeep dealership simply because the brand should have the experience and hospitality you would expect. After multiple go arounds, I kept coming back to this one Jeep at Walls. Honestly, if Joe hadn't stayed in touch with me, I probably would have overlooked them. Joe was amazing at every step. I was so picky and went back and forth for over a month and he patiently worked with me to come to a fair price and answered all my questions. As a woman buying a car alone, I was really wary about being taken advantage of but Joe and the team there really put me at ease. They allowed me to have my own mechanic inspect it at my leisure and my mechanic soundly approved and said I was getting a great deal. When I had an issue with one of the windows not going down, the mechanical department fixed this literally the next day, I was so impressed. I don't usually go out of my way to recommend companies unless I feel strongly that the experience was not necessarily unique to me, but representative of a companies culture. You can tell Walls Ford has nailed that and I highly recommend them. More

I have to complement the sales service I received from Joe Crescitelli. He was very attentive to my request to purchase a new car. He showed me around the lot to look at prospective cars. He sold us on the car and took care of all the details that can be complicated, such as transferring title and plates from our trade-in vehicle and explaining many details of operating our new car. He even spent more time programming our cell phones into the new car. Finally, he has followed up to check how things were going with the new car. More
