Okay Sales experience, but poor after sales preperation. The actual sales experience was okay, it took 2.5 hrs, with the typical back and forth but we came to an amicable agreement on trade-in and purchase p The actual sales experience was okay, it took 2.5 hrs, with the typical back and forth but we came to an amicable agreement on trade-in and purchase price. Then came the issues, they did do a nice job of a spit and polish on the truck before delivery, they did not however fix the battery terminal that was badly corroded or balance the wheels (from what I could tell), I should have checked before taking delivery. I requested a replacement battery terminal to do it myself, and nothing has been sent to me in two weeks. Also, I found the slide-in bed had been installed without moving the side hooks, so there were bulges in the side of the bed liner that should have been rectified (could have been previous owner, but still a short coming on the side of their aftersales preparation of vehicle). I Suggest anyone making a purchase make detailed notes of what is to be fixed before accepting the vehicle and hold them to it. I take responsibility for not checking before the accepting the vehicle, but this still shows poor performance on the part of Walls Ford and the poor follow-up on part of the sales department. More
