Had a recall notice and needed an oil change I cannot begin to tell you how happy we were with our service appointment. We had received a recall notice and I called to make the appointment. I w I cannot begin to tell you how happy we were with our service appointment. We had received a recall notice and I called to make the appointment. I was happy from the telephone call to the work being finished. We went to the service department and they gave us a car to run errands while they worked on the car. That goes above and beyond. And a new Charger at that. We returned in a little less then 90 minutes and our car was finished. Love this dealership. More
Horrible Service Department The vehicle I purchased required repairs on several occasions that I paid for yet were never completed in years past. On the final occasion, they forg The vehicle I purchased required repairs on several occasions that I paid for yet were never completed in years past. On the final occasion, they forgot about my car the entire month of June, knowing the top was leaking per stated by me, which was one repair I had requested. Again. Because it wasn't fixed the last two times I took it in though I paid for it, and was documented on the invoice. The car wasn't entirely repaired when I went to get it and several other things went wrong. Wally B did offer to replace things that were not the dealerships fault, though they failed to notice the amount of flooding inside and the amplifier being submerged in water wasn't made note of, but I was quite uncomfortable with the service department doing any further work to my vehicle. The inside of my vehicle was left disassembled when I picked it up. The service manager was putting my door panel back together when I arrived but wires were left hanging, my HVAC was in the passenger seat, the inside flooded and my door frame was busted. Aside feeling less than a customer not once, it happened again after this incident occurred. I was contacted once in regards to this situation and attempted return communication twice to be again dismissed. I continue to make my monthly car payment through Buckeye Financial, in house financing, which will terminate in two months, along with the cost of unfinished repairs. To those whom I speak with speak to me in short and monotone. I was treated exceptional during the car buying process on every occasion I chose to purchase from this dealer. When this situation arose, I was simply something scraped off the bottom of their shoe. I much prefer to be treated like a customer instead of paycheck. More
Awesome! I was a frantic mess when my 08 town and country key stopped working! Cody was so kind and patient when I asked all my questions! He told me Chrysler had a recall on the ignitions and they gave me an extra key at no cost to me! He even squeezed me in for an oil change as well! I'd like to give a shout out to Mike who answered the phone when I was crying because we couldn't get my car in neutral, (remember I had a code that read bad key, we had to do it manually) he talked me through it and even said if you have any other questions you call us back! How nice was that?? More
Excellent Service I had a spare key for our 2011 Town and Country that needed programmed. The vehicle also had a factory recall to replace the rear vent window switch. I had previously called a Chyrsler dealer closer to where I live about these two issues and after many, many rings of the phone was told: (1) They did not have the needed replacement switch and (2) I should make an appointment to have my spare key programmed. Today I happened to be in Alliance and thought I would stop by Wally Armour to see if they could help with the spare key. Cody in the service department immediately offered to take care of it and while getting the necessary information on the vehicle noticed the recall. He said they had the necessary switch and could take care of it while the key was getting programmed. So here I was, just some guy who drove in off the street with no appointment, thinking I might be lucky just to get a spare key and ending up getting a key and a switch repaired in less than an hour. Amazing! Thank you Cody and thank you Wally Armour! More
great experience I was having a transfercase put in my jeep and having computer worked on and needed to be at work. I was going to have another shop do the work but code moved heaven and earth to make sure I was able to get to work and not have to drive my busted jeep 1 more day. Dropped it off and he put me in a vehicle while they worked on mine. They made my jeep all better and me happy as can be. More
