I spoke with Brad when I initially made my appointment for a routine oil change and explained I also needed to have my tire pressure light checked for resetting. After I gave my mileage, Brad informed me I was also due for tire rotation, so I was not surprised when I took my car in for service. He was also very accommodating in getting my vehicle in as soon as possible and assuring me the service would be completed in time for me to get to work on time. When I took my vehicle in, Brad was very professional and courteous. After his initial inspection, he recommended I also have my tires balanced and aligned, showing me the wear on my front tires and explaining to me the reason for it. He told me I did not need new tires, that there was plenty of tread left, but the balance and alignment would ensure better performance and be much more cost effective. I really felt he was looking out for my best interest and not trying to take advantage of the situation. He also took the time to inform me when was the best time to have routine service done to prevent future problems. Brad made sure I was given any discounts available and I felt I was given quality service at a fair price. More

Chrysler 200 heater quit working. New to area and this dealership was recommended. Problem with car ended up being extensive. It took longer than they thought for parts to come in but he called us frequently to keep us advised and then let us know immediately when car was finished. Brent was always very friendly and informative when we spoke with him. All parts and labor were covered under warranty. We also had the oil changed while it was there. Extremely shocked when we picked car up to find out they had swept interior and washed windows. We have always dealt with a longstanding dealership in Indiana but the friendliness and service at Wally Armour is far superior. We will be purchasing our vehicles in the future here and will recommend this dealership. More
