I went in with a problem w/ my 16 Rogue. Left w/ a 20 Rogue. The service dept was great. Tyler, my sales person was fantastic. I thought he offered me a fair deal to lease the new Rogue. Our car was taken in right on time with our appointment. Waiting area was set up for social distancing. Everything was performed perfectly and we got into a nice clean car afterwards! Ther service department sucks. I don’t know why I write a review because they could care less about my service. For a simple oil change the can screw it up. Fluid all over my engine so it was a few days befo review because they could care less about my service. For a simple oil change the can screw it up. Fluid all over my engine so it was a few days before I brought it back to be told it was on the engine and sorry. They did clean it off but it was a second visit for a simple oil change. They also didn’t reset the oil change indicator. I will find another place for service More
