1 ST SERVICE AT 5000 MILES Made appt for 1st /5000 mile-once I arrived and went into the service area-a Service REP (Woman) greeted me and took care of checking me in. It bothered me-that once checked in - she said the service would be approx $90. When Questioned-She was adding tire rotation in ? I kindly told her-I looked through the manuals already-and tire rotation IS NOT EVERY 5000 MILES ! While waiting- I went into the sales area-and looked for my Sales Rep-that sold the car to us-I was Told -He is No Longer with Us ! I ONLY SAW ONE PERSON FAMILIAR-That was there IN June 2019. More

Complete and satisfying service center experience. From the first moment when Nicholas approached me to get me checked in to the last moment when Nicholas escorted me to my completely serviced car I fe From the first moment when Nicholas approached me to get me checked in to the last moment when Nicholas escorted me to my completely serviced car I felt confident. Nichols explained what would need to be done to keep my car in good running order .He went over all the points that would be checked. Later in the waiting Room he came and explained that my brakes were in need of rotors and pads and explained why. I agreed to having the work done and asked how long..he estimated 2 hours and it was within that time frame that I was able to drive my car off the premises I would like to add that Nicholas was very friendly, courteous and helpful in sorting out what needed to be done. He explained things thoroughly and politely and answered all my concerns. I felt very comfortable with him and felt he had my best interests at all times. it is always a pleasure knowing my car was safe for me to drive and in good running order. Winters can be rough in the Northeast and I am confident my car will be up to all challenges, road wise. More
Awful I’ve brought my car in more than 4 times. First time they told me nothing was wrong that it was my car mat making the noise when I turn my steering wh I’ve brought my car in more than 4 times. First time they told me nothing was wrong that it was my car mat making the noise when I turn my steering wheel. Had transmission issues and the tech told me I was wrong and said it was my tire rod then told me I was right it was my transmission. Had that piece replaced and 2 months later I couldn’t get my car to drive and ended up having a leak. I had to have my car towed to Nissan and I went without a car for 2 days then they gave me a rental but then my car was done 5 hours later and I was NEVER actually told what was wrong with my car. I had to keep asking and I was told I would get a phone call the next day with further explanation so that I felt comfortable with the diagnosis and I still have not received that call 2 days later. I will never go here again. The service is awful More
