Usually they are good but this time was awful After waiting two hours on a Tuesday to get my check engine light looked at, they needed to order a part. I was asked to come back the following day After waiting two hours on a Tuesday to get my check engine light looked at, they needed to order a part. I was asked to come back the following day (Wednesday) and they would replace it. Came back the next day and after waiting for almost an hour for a part to be installed, I was told it was never ordered and the woman in service said that the man who orders parts never did (that was not professional at all). She apologized but I was frustrated after wasting time and gas driving back to Latham. She said the part would be in Friday and she would call first thing. I had to call them at 12:00pm Friday and leave a message. As of 5pm no one had returned my call. Called back and was on hold for over 20 mins to be told the part was in and they could fit me in the following Wednesday At this point , I vented my frustrations and told them this was not acceptable. It was determined that I would come Monday and get a loaner car for the night. I showed up Monday and they tell me they can fix it since they are slow and would take an hour. It was over 2 hours. I would have taken the loaner if I had known. More
