Additional computer problems After having multiple issues with my 2018 rogue that I needed repairs to due to manufacturing failures. I once again had to return for another problem After having multiple issues with my 2018 rogue that I needed repairs to due to manufacturing failures. I once again had to return for another problem. They deemed it a computer upgrade issue so the dealership service department “fixed all the glitches” before I even made it home (which takes me an hour) I had more troubles. Thus making me have to drive back the following day. Even with my statement of disappointment of the vehicle, Nissan has made no statement to try to satisfy my unhappiness. They just tell me “that’s what happens when you drive a laptop”. Not the answer I want. I bought a new car to avoid problems and since buying this rogue I have had nothing but issues and I am just told “ there is nothing we can do because these are all different problems.” I bought a dud car and basically told I have to deal with it. He has never been pushy or tried to sell us on service we didn’t need. My only recommendations would be for the service center to have more loaner vehicles and better amenities in the lounge area. I’ve been in for service on several occasions where I’ve had to wait all day. If a loaner was available I could have completed errands and doctors appointments. As far as amenities, during this last visit there weren’t any. No snacks or bottle water. When I take my second car for service, the other dealer offers fresh pastries and cookies from a local Italian bakery. Nick was AMAZING!!! I called early morning and spoke to Fran explained my issue and she got me in right away! I later arrived at Fuccilio frustrated that I got an oil cha I called early morning and spoke to Fran explained my issue and she got me in right away! I later arrived at Fuccilio frustrated that I got an oil change (at another Nissan dealership) and it was now making a funny sound. Nick was very thorough with the technician helping to find the problem. They took their time to update me on progress and took there tint to go over every inch of the car! I would highly recommend them! More
