Poor customer service My 1 month old car had a brake issue. I called and brought it in on a Monday and was told it probably needed an update & would most likely be ready My 1 month old car had a brake issue. I called and brought it in on a Monday and was told it probably needed an update & would most likely be ready the next day. I was called the next day & told it needed a new part and that part wouldn’t be in until the next week. I was not offered a loaner car, I had to ask for one which was given to me without issue. I heard nothing, not one single phone call for 2 full weeks. I called 2 weeks to the day that I picked up the loaner car, I was told the person handling my case comes in at 8 am and would call me. I called back at 11:15 after not receiving any call. Samantha offered her apologies and told me my car was being fixed that day. I asked for a manager. Fran was very helpful & apologetic. I asked for compensation based on the fact that I paid $190 for my brand new car to sit at their lot. She offered a full detailing at the time I choose. I’ve had very poor experience in the past with customer service promising calls and follow up and it didn’t happen. More
