Condescending Worker Nicholas Mucha was the most condescending worker I have ever dealt with and he constantly put words in my mouth. I had some concerns with my vehicle because I've never owned a new vehicle before, and I previously owned a 2010 Toyota Corolla which was my first vehicle. I was use to doing things manually on my Toyota, and I was unaware of how to put the wipers up to clean them on my new Nissan, because I didn't receive a manual when I purchased it. Instead of being helpful Nicholas belittled me and made me feel like a child. He also wrote down on the report, things that I didn't say and instead of being thorough, he held my vehicle for over TWO HOURS driving it around going over BUMPS when he could of done his job and asked further questions to resolve the issue. He also stated that I was "yanking" my wipers and that he has "Never heard of such a thing of people putting their wipers up manually." I never said I yanked them, I am an adult and know how to carefully lift them up. It's not my fault that Nissan builds their models with the wipers too close to the hood, I was able to do that just fine on my Toyota. This is a perfect example that I am new to the Nissan brand and didn't know that you had to double tap the wipers to get them up, just like he doesn't know that in older model cars or cars that aren't Nissans you have the option to put it up manually. He also LIED because he stated that my wipers were adjusted so that they didn't scrape the hood but when I checked after getting home they were STILL the same. When I called the next day because it was late, Nicholas actually stated to me that he didn't do anything because there was nothing wrong with them. All because he DIDN'T listen to what I said and wrote something else. This all could've been avoided. Granted I didn't understand that you can't lift the wipers up on Nissans because of how they're made, but there was no need for Nicholas to be condescending and rude. He could've saved both my time and his time by asking questions and just telling me how to do it properly. He also washed my car after I told him that I JUST washed and dried it, and he left water spots everywhere. This experience was VERY frustrating. I loved my experience with the sales department, they were amazing but after my experience with service I will not be returning to Fuccillo Nissan. More

Awesome Service From the minute I arrived at the service bay, I was greeted by two service advisors. I was complemented on how good my 10 year old Frontier looked. I told them that I had an appointment and was immediately taken to the service counter and my work order was generated in a very short time. The service advisor made arrangements for the courtesy van to take me home as the repairs were going to take longer than I thought. More

Had a great end noise in a titan was pleased to find out it was emergency brake issue as well as needing the rotars cleaned, first quote was $400 which was acceptable soon after I received a call that 400$ was parts only. When I went to pick up vehicle bill was almost $900 and I could not even tell if they toiched the rotors as they were no more cleaner from rust than when I drop vehicle off. 2nd time I brought truck for heating issues they scratches up my instrument panel while doing the maintenance. Was dedicated customer but will not use this dealer again. More
