NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!! I bought a car from them 1/23/19. Should have had an idea it would be a disaster when I had to come in 3 times to finish the paperwork. Here it is 2 months later and now we're having title issues and registration issues. Dealer has me driving on dealer plates while I'm still paying for insurance. Every day it's a new lie that they tell me. Supposedly they're waiting on a title from a different dealership. Not sure how they were able to sell me a car they didn't technically own? Now i'm dealing with issues from my insurance company and lien holder and the dealer doesn't care, they already made the sale. The GM is even worse, he's telling us he's going to give us financial reconciliation but of course that hasn't happened, and we asked for that in writing as I can't believe anything this company says and of course we haven't gotten that either. His name is Eric and he has been rude and is arguing back with my wife that this isn't their fault. Definitely seems like their fault. We've been beyond nice with this company and been very patient but they just keep lying and lying. Hopefully this review prevents at least one person from buying from this dealership. Next stop is filling out a complaint on BBB, but of course they're not an accredited business with BBB and there are already complaints on that site. More

Ridiculous I have a brand new Murano that I brought in for an oil change and state inspection. I informed them of a noise coming from the A/C fan. I was told $13 I have a brand new Murano that I brought in for an oil change and state inspection. I informed them of a noise coming from the A/C fan. I was told $130 just to look at it and if it was not warranty work, I would be responsible for that. I told them no issue. They came back to me to let me know they found the issue to be a leaf... and it would be another $60 on top of the $130 because it would take more time to remove the leaf... half hour to be exact. Although I felt it was completely ridiculous that they would charge $60 to remove the leaf, I was already in it for $130 and my service adviser was not backing down at all. Long story short... this place is always looking to rip you for whatever they can. Is what it is I guess but you would think attempting to create lasting relationships would be more important than screwing you to the wall every time you go in for service! And the noise we heard before, well that has disappeared but now the fan is much louder than it ever was before! More

If you want someone who cares about your business and your time then I do not suggest. Financed with my own bank and it still took 3 days each being 4 or more hours.paper work gets screwed up and lost or employees are no where to be found. I will never go back or recomend. Lack of communication and even when another rep tried to compensate for the mishap, I still got jerked around and wasted more time. More

Follow Up Visit I could not for the life of me figure out how to set my clock for daylight saving time. And I had a tire that just would not hold air. So on a whim I I could not for the life of me figure out how to set my clock for daylight saving time. And I had a tire that just would not hold air. So on a whim I stopped without an appointment on a Saturday. Well, low and behold the Service Dept took me right away no attitude for just showing up and one of the Salesmen took time out of his break to show me how to set my clock!!! Again, GREAT service all the way around. Awesome dealership!! I am really sorry that I didn't catch everyones names. 😒 More
