Very fair My transmission failed after 7 years and wasn’t covered since I didn’t have an extended warranty. The car only had 34k, so I was surprised and upset that something like this could happen. I didn’t think it was fair that I’d have to pay for a brand new transmission that should have lasted a long time... but Fuccillo Nissan agreed and was fair about the decision. They agreed to pay 80% and I pay 20% which to me was more than fair. Fuccillo has always been a big name and I definetly feel that they are really for the people they cater to. More
