The salesperson and the finance person would not disclose any interest rate information to me when I asked, they only said, “oh it’s the standard rate”. Not until I was signing documents was it pointed out t any interest rate information to me when I asked, they only said, “oh it’s the standard rate”. Not until I was signing documents was it pointed out to me quickly. They also charged me $250 more than my buyout price that was listed on my lease agreement, and when asked about it, I did not get a reply. I will not do sales business here again. They had me there at the dealership for 4 hours. I asked if I could come back as I had work calls to make/take, and they continued to tell me to wait 10 more minutes.
