Appreciation Sied Edward and joeleen all listened to my concerns regarding my previous visit and my opt out on continueing filling out surveys after my prev visit Sied Edward and joeleen all listened to my concerns regarding my previous visit and my opt out on continueing filling out surveys after my prev visit. After my last experience regarding a service rep repeating my survey to me and questioning me about it and holding my moms bag of medication we left behind behind the counter till I listened to him read the entire comment I wrote about him. I SWORE NEVER TO COME BACK or write another survey. Ed explained to me that the gentleman that intimidated me is no longer there so I now have no worries that this would happen again. The 3 mentioned above were kind, courteous, and extremely empathetic to my previous visit. At least you have these 3 to keep a high level of customer service. After talking with all of them I plan to continue my business at fuccilo nissan. More

Good but didnt pay attention to details I had a good experience but salesman didnt pay close enough attention to details. I test drove a different model from the car I was advised to go with I had a good experience but salesman didnt pay close enough attention to details. I test drove a different model from the car I was advised to go with due to my credit score and price. Being that I test drove different model, I was under the impression I had more features that what I actually walked away with; features that I expressed that I liked and found the car more appealing. In my opinion, the sale was overall pleasant however the lack of attention to the details lowered the overall experience. I think the salesman was overwhelmed and was pulled in multiple directions that he was unable to focus a bit more on my sale experience. More

Friendly, Fast and Effient On a tight schedule and wanted to have the oil changed on my daughters Focus before she went back to school, Went to local Ford dealer first but they On a tight schedule and wanted to have the oil changed on my daughters Focus before she went back to school, Went to local Ford dealer first but they did not take walk in oil change appointments so went to Fuccillo Nissan of Latham. Greeted by Solomon service center manager who listened to my request that I only had one hour for the oil change. He checked his schedule and informed me they could do it within my timeframe. They changed the oil/ rotated the tires and had time to spare before my next appointment. Also received a free car wash with the oil change which my daughter thanked me for taking extra time to take her car.to local car wash for cleaning! Solomon was friendly and a man of his word. Keep up the great work! More
