Salesman was nice but pushy, promised to call and check on my satisfaction with the car in a few days, it’s been 3 weeks and never heard from him again. Rear window shade stopped working day after purchase on my satisfaction with the car in a few days, it’s been 3 weeks and never heard from him again. Rear window shade stopped working day after purchase, waited 10 days for appointment with service to fix only to be told 45 minutes after dropping off the car that can’t be done that day because master engineer not available. Service asked me to return 2 days later, gave me a very basic rental and said repair would take all day. Thirty minutes after leaving service manager calls to say three people called in sick and won’t be working on my new car until possibly the next day. I returned rental and picked up my car, service manager asked if I would reschedule for the next week. I declined and told her to call me when they are ready to fix. I haven’t heard from them since but received a zero dollar invoice via email for the issue that I assume they are submitting to Nissan for reimbursement although they have done nothing and shade is still inoperable on a brand new Maxima Platinum! Worst service ever!!!! More
