The dealership is fine but service takes way too long for simple service. I realize that there is a staff shortage at this time so I would expect you to schedule accordingly so someone doesn’t have to wait simple service. I waited because in my case it was free but in the future I might have to go somewhere else. I don’t want too and when I make my next appointment I will check first and if it will take that long I won’t be able to go there. More

2022 Pathfinder in for 1st service and two other issues. Oil change and tire rotation was done, never informed about the multi point inspection. One issue was a seat in the second row, part had to be ordere Oil change and tire rotation was done, never informed about the multi point inspection. One issue was a seat in the second row, part had to be ordered. Other is is the seatbelt holder in the headliner for the 3rd row, it doesn’t keep the belt secure. The seatbelt falls out and just hangs from the headliner. I was told they couldn’t pull the part out to look at it because they didn’t want to replace the plastic clips that hold it in place. Instead I was told that I have to wait until they get another 2022 Pathfinder in with a third row and they would compare it and see if it needed repair then. Interesting way of diagnosing a problem. I wonder if that is how all repairs are done, just wait and compare to another vehicle. Poor quality of service for a new vehicle under warranty. More
