I brought my vehicle in for an inspection, which was completed. I also asked to have a noise in the rear of the vehicle researched, I explained that it sounded like metal on metal banging everytime I hi completed. I also asked to have a noise in the rear of the vehicle researched, I explained that it sounded like metal on metal banging everytime I hit a rough patch of road. I was told that the noise was generated from a rock stuck in the back of vehicle, however when I drove home from dealership that day the noise was still there. My father and brother both identified an issue with muffler being loose, and believe that to be the cause of the noise. I would have liked the mechanics to have driven the car to hear the noise, then test it afterwards to confirm if the problem was addressed. More
