After living with a horrible squeaking noise from the back trunk area on our 2019 XT5 for a while, I sent Melissa Kangas a video with the sound, last Friday (1/24/20). Erich in service dept called me that very same afternoon, asking me if I could bring it in ASAP, on Monday (1/27:20), said they would correct the problem in one day, along with providing me a loaner car. Quinn called me at end of the day to advise problem had been resolved. So, hoping the noise doesn’t come back, but have to give Stead Cadillac a 5 Stars again, for living up to their promise.in resolving the problem, in a timely manner, and making it a most pleasant experience, with the personnel’s (mentioned), actions.
