Matt did a great jog of welcoming Becky and I to Walser and informing us of the buying process. We had done our " shopping " in advance on Walser's web site and upon arrival we were given an opportunity to and informing us of the buying process. After test driving the Tahoe we previously had chosen on line we asked for and were given a value on our trade in. After agreeing to a price for my trade we completed the paper work and signed off. Matt delivered our vehicle the next day and we have been happy ever since. Matt did a very good job of communicating with us before , during and after our visit. After much research, I decided to purchase the Buick LaCrosse CXL. I am scheduled to have surgery for complete hip replacement.
