They almost charged me $3500 to replace my turbo until I asked if there was some warranty. They looked and there was an emissions warranty that paid for the whole thing. Why did I have to ask? I now have little faith in this dealer. And a new general manager is so horrible that 22 people have quit including the service manager. Something really needs to be changed! More

The salesperson helped set up an appointment to get it serviced. Upon arrival for the service the person checking me in (Matt?) gave me little info and told me I would hear back by noon. By 2pm and after many calls to the service desk with no reply I went back to the shop and found out nothing was fixed and all that was completed was a a software download and check. They wanted me to leave my truck overnight. I live in Duluth and drove to Roseville for the service thinking I would be better taken care of than at the GMC dealership in Duluth. I was completely wrong in my thinking. While picking my truck up to go back home after a wasted day, there were two other customers complaining about the level of service at the service desk counter.
