I had a appointment to drop my truck off for service. When I arrived the gentleman behind the counter was on the phone. After 5 minutes he stopped talking like he was on hold.at 10 minutes he asked who I When I arrived the gentleman behind the counter was on the phone. At 25 minutes I grabbed my paper's and left will never return their for service again. Their are plenty of other GMC dealerships I can go to fo service. More

I'm not sure how much service is actually done at this dealership location. Didn't realize vehicle had to be taken to another location which resulted in service advisor not having any ability to answer a dealership location. Didn't realize vehicle had to be taken to another location which resulted in service advisor not having any ability to answer any questions. And not forwarding me to anyone else who could assist me. Had to ask for dealership general manager who did assist me. More
