Had my infotainment system supposedly fixed (had to wait 2 weeks for an appt). Picked it up and was told the problem won't happen again. Two weeks later it went our again and now I have to wait 3 weeks just 2 weeks for an appt). Picked it up and was told the problem won't happen again. Two weeks later it went our again and now I have to wait 3 weeks just to get it in again. So for about 2 months now I've only had my infotainment working for 2 weeks. And I have had this 2024 Envision for less than a year. More

Was told the service person would call me in a couple of hours with their prognosis. No call after 4 hours so I called and left a message to call me.
