I went in for an oil change. The service was good until I sat for an hour and a half without hearing anything. I went to ask what the delay was, because I received the update video saying my truck would be done shortly 45 minutes earlier. The worker at the desk went to check and came back out to tell me there had been a problem with my truck. Apparently someone backed it into something. The rear light was broken and the rear panel was scratched and dented. They had already replaced some part without talking to me. The “manager” on duty was the sales manager. He acted like it was no big deal. More
