Multiple reasons: 1. Taylor told me it would be $100 deductible for each item I needed to get fixed. I confirmed with warranty there was no deductible. My car wasn’t ready on time and took much longer and Taylor did not put in the tire sensor replacement like I asked. There was no rental car available and the guy I handed my own rental car receipt to submit didn’t know what to do with it. I’m hoping it was submitted to the Walser autoguard warranty. the entire experience was a hassle, confusing, and inconvenient. More
