I was unexpectedly in need of a new (to me) car and had come into Walser Mazda to look at a pre-owned Mazda CX-5 we'd seen online which turned out to be at Walser Suburu up the road. Chris, our salesperso come into Walser Mazda to look at a pre-owned Mazda CX-5 we'd seen online which turned out to be at Walser Suburu up the road. Chris, our salesperson, offered to show us comparable vehicles they had onsitw and we found one that was perfect. He was friendly, knowledgeable and genuine and helped turn a stressful situation into a positive experience. The process was smooth and fairly fast. I had a follow up question after the purchase and Chris returned my call even though it was his day off. We have bought several vehicles from Walser over the years and have never been disappointed.
