Bilal was unclear in his explanations and made several empty promises. Said he would check for a 2nd key for a vehicle while we were out testing it and check the inventory for another car of the same mode empty promises. When we arrived back neither had been done. He did check when we got back and said several times the other car we wanted to see was sold so we couldn’t see it. Finally he went to check upstairs and came back with a file for the vehicle because it was not sold. Without urging him to take a closer look I may not have even seen the car I ended up buying the next day. We came back the next day to finalize the purchase and an hour before the appointment I spoke with Bilal who said he would have the car warmed up for a “true” test drive, since the car was still cold when tested the day before. This was not done either because he forgot his promise once again, so the car was running but still cold when we got there. Not to mention he did a poor job detailing the car himself and didn’t fill the gas tank as standard when purchasing a vehicle. Manager corrected these things later which I did appreciate. When finalizing paperwork he took the pen from me and clicked my signatures boxes as he quickly flew through what each thing was. I barely was able to catch an agreement to pay a $2800 service warranty fee that I never agreed to. When I asked what this was Bilal was adamant he had explained it and I agreed to it the day before.
