Daughter's car the battery was dead so had to have it towed to the shop. The service advisor was excellent and helped us out with a loner car. The battery was replaced quickly. Dealing with your serve agents was great. Courteous,personable and explained the work and cost. I have an issue with your automated appointment scheduling. Your system just assigned me a time and with no where to follow up. I had to schedule two appointments to address everything. That really irked me. More

I had a very smooth and enjoyable experience shopping for a new lease here at Burnsville Mazda thanks to Matthew LoCoco.
