Worth the drive! I was buying a new CX-5 from our local dealership and the price just did not seem competitive. I found Walser through consumer reports. They contacte I was buying a new CX-5 from our local dealership and the price just did not seem competitive. I found Walser through consumer reports. They contacted me with a price $1000 less than my local dealership. I signed all the papers over the phone and off to MSP we went. Once I arrived I was surprised with a price change of $100 in my favor! Picking up the car only took a few minutes. Everything exactly as promised. Great experience. More

Long wait for new battery I came in for an oil change, which didn't take long at all. No complaints. My battery tested that I needed to replace. I decided to buy it at Walse I came in for an oil change, which didn't take long at all. No complaints. My battery tested that I needed to replace. I decided to buy it at Walser, and then I waited and waited. I was told repeatedly that it would "just be a few more minutes." Instead I waited I almost left, deciding to buy a battery someplace else. It didn't seem like Walser was in any hurry to take care of this. Again, "just a few more minutes." And I waited some more. Finally, Anna (Parts) went to Chad's desk and got my keys and paperwork so that I could pay and leave. My car was ready to go at that point, but I was still waiting on Chad, I guess.. I asked her to check to see if I could get some sort of credit because of the wait. She checked. answer "no." I hope this note makes its way to the GM. I bought my car at Walser and for the most part I've had good service here, but not this day. I arrived Walser at 2:40 and got in my car to leave at 4:45. I had things to do that day, just as David and Nik had things to do. If not for Anna, I wonder how much longer the wait would have been. Expecting some sort of credit. I don't really like to complain like this, but this was not right. If Bret was still there, I know he would make things right. Alas. More
Brought my Mazda CX-5 in for an oil change and tire rotation I brought my CX-5 in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a 10AM appointment and I arrived a few minutes before 10. At 10:40AM I was on my way h I brought my CX-5 in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a 10AM appointment and I arrived a few minutes before 10. At 10:40AM I was on my way home. The oil/filter change and tire rotation were done and the car had been washed. They have a great waiting area with complimentary snacks, coffee, and bottled water. I have been using Walser Mazda for service on my Mazda 3 for over ten years. I plan to have them perform all of the maintenance on my CX-5. Great people to work with. They have earned my trust. More
