No pressure buying I was really pleased with my salesman, Alex. He didn't pressure me to buy the car. I wasn't pressured to buy any extras either. Disappointed after the sale They were fine upfront, but the advertised "lifetime power train warranty " is a joke. It was the reason we purchased a used car from them, but when w They were fine upfront, but the advertised "lifetime power train warranty " is a joke. It was the reason we purchased a used car from them, but when we later tried to use the warranty, we got a run around from a receptionist who would not put the service manager on the phone, passed us off to CNA , who said the did not cover our repair, then despite 2 attempt to reach a general manager for a call back, we never received the courtesy of a reply. I the "lifetime" warranty is what is appealing to you, forget this dealership. More
