Issue not resolved I came for oil change last Saturday on 02/16/2019. I also made the service team Check the tire as I’m getting a humming sound in particular roads whil I came for oil change last Saturday on 02/16/2019. Being a person who appreciates honest, direct sales experiences and usually takes a long time to make big decisions, I was dreading it. Over two weeks I visited 12 dealerships (I'm told that the average car buyer only visits 1.5!) and was repeatedly met with smooth talkers who weren't direct with me. Both Daniel and Jake were the exact opposite. They got straight to the point, answered all of my questions, and made me feel like I was getting a fair, honest deal. It was so efficient - I didn't feel like any of my time was wasted. I also had some pretty specific requests for my car and they went out of their way to help me. I'm so impressed and am excited to be a Walser Mazda customer! More

Where's the car wash? All went according to plan. I was able to make same day appointment, I was welcomed well, and the work, an oil change and inspection, was fine. But u All went according to plan.
