Nothing but problems with my BRAND NEW mazda. There is a leak in the back, caused by the sunroof, which is a known issue when researching online. But the agent that helped me was condescending and said that because he couldn't see anything in the forums on his end, it must be user error and I must have left the sunroof open. Didn't listen to my issues and was quick to brush it off. Pretending like I didn't just make one of the biggest purchase I ever have.
