Service Center is Great! The service Center is great, they were very pleasant and helpful with my concerns! They called me as soon as the car was ready for pickup and love tha The service Center is great, they were very pleasant and helpful with my concerns! They called me as soon as the car was ready for pickup and love that a courtesy car is available for my use. I have concerns with the sales group, we had a wonderful experience purchasing the car but once the sale is done and you are out the door that is it! The follow-up is horrible! You have a receptionist that sat on the internet the whole time we were purchasing the vehicle, why couldn't she make phone calls for the sales group? Sales is meant to sell, not make follow-up calls! We needed to have remote start installed, no call to schedule after we were told they would call. And our temporary plates expired and we never received a call that they were in to pick-up! When i called and spoke to the receptionist she told me it was perfectly fine to drive on the expired sticker and she 'like literally gets this type of call everyday'. That made me uneasy because if i were to get a ticket for this would Walser Mazda pay the ticket due to the misinformation? In addition your sales team was the individual that advised us to call for a new sticker if we didn't get the plates prior to the expiration date. If customers can drive on expired tags then they shouldn't tell the customer to call for a new one. My service guy had to go look for them for me meaning they were in and no one bothered to call us! In the end Service was great! Sales was good but some new follow-up procedures need to be implemented because as it is your 'Customer's' just seem like a mark to make a quick buck and Customer Service is important to many, how many times do you remember that HORRIBLE service you received over that 1 great experience? and how many times do you share that bad experience? I apologize for the length of this review but hope that it assists in forward progress to make your brand the best in the business! More

Fabulous Service! This place has amazing service! I was 10 minutes late for my appointment due to bad road conditions and they still got me in right away. Communication is great, I always knew where they were in the process. I love that you can watch TV, charge your phone, etc. while enjoying a snack. Time flies! More
