Mt transmission experience My transmission went out on a car I had only had about two months. I was not near a dealer so had to be towed a couple of times until the car made it My transmission went out on a car I had only had about two months. I was not near a dealer so had to be towed a couple of times until the car made it to Walzer. There it was finally fixed. I was not happy I had to pay part of the bill though. Grand total of three weeks (Christmas and New Year's included to be fair) until I got my car back. More

I had an excellent experience I was looking for a late model Mazda 3 and saw one advertised by Walser Mazda in Burnsville, Minnesota. I called the dealership and the receptionist p I was looking for a late model Mazda 3 and saw one advertised by Walser Mazda in Burnsville, Minnesota. I called the dealership and the receptionist put me through to Aldo Garibay, Customer Specialist. I gave Aldo the ID number of the car I was interested in and we set up a date/time for my lovely wife and me to come in and look at the car The car I was looking for would have the highway assist features and be something I could be proud of. When we arrived Aldo had the car ready for me to test drive. Afterword we sat down to discuss my purchase. The car was a pretty red color but didn't have a couple of things I would like to have and I was interested in a gun metal blue. They did have a new 2018 model that had what I was looking for and was the color I liked. I asked about leaving and post lease purchase. We proceeded to negotiate a good deal and I ended getting a brand new Mazda 3 with the electronic sensors and features I wanted and it had only 4 miles on it, not 40,000 miles like the car I had originally come to see. Nice job Aldo! More
Oil change, tire rotation. 15000 mile check up. The computer system didn't record my appointment correctly. Instead of making me reschedule they did work and I didn't wait any longer than normal.
