This time, everything else on my car checked out, but in the past when there has been something they noticed and recommended, they have never been pushy or judgey for me not being able to have them proceed with services at that time. Disappointed Paperwork had to be continually redone, was told the software didn't allow changes to pricing so the paperwork didn't reflect actual agreement. Vehicle I scheduled time to test had been sold, but I was told they had another just like it (bait & switch?). Was told I had to make a decision at time of purchase about warranty options (high pressure sales tactics?). When I rejected dealer financing options and elected to pay cash, it was very difficult to get the document corrected (see earlier comment about software not allowing changes). Title/registration documents not correctly filled in - wrong license plates. Vehicle presented as used but title history (discovered copy of title in manual after I got home) shows vehicle was never sold previously, just used as a service loaner. But I was denied the new car discount. So, in summary, the price was competitive with other dealers but the sales process was certainly disingenuous and borderline deceptive. As a long time Walser customer I am very disappointed. More
