Upon calling to discuss some concerns and questions we had Daniel was great at assisting us over the phone. He suggested if it wasn’t too much trouble for us to come in and drive the car again before making any final decision. We enjoyed his energy and authenticity and that he was honest about the benefits as far as leasing or buying — or choosing what model we preferred. He wasn’t aggressive or pushy on his personal opinions. He gave the facts, his own personal testimony on why he enjoys the brand but never made us feel like we had to decide in that moment. We appreciated that and it is what made us want to seal the deal with him because we knew that our whole purchase would be in good hands. Another thing we enjoyed about him was that he wasn’t afraid to ask for help. We had a lot of questions for him and the moments he didn’t know the answer, he didn’t pretend or say I don’t know— he went and asked someone who would know. Personally I appreciate genuine and authentic sales people and I enjoyed his vibe from the beginning. I know Mazda doesn’t give commissions for sales, but he does deserve a little something something. Thanks Koukal for the great experience. More
