Overall great dealership & service center Bought a 18 CX9 here. Previously had a 15 Mazda6 that I purchased here as well. The only service I’ve ever had on either of these vehicles has been Bought a 18 CX9 here. Previously had a 15 Mazda6 that I purchased here as well. The only service I’ve ever had on either of these vehicles has been routine maintenance so I can’t speak to how accurate and expensive a major repair or diagnostic here would be. With that being said, I really like the dealership and service center. Always get polite and prompt service here. The service writers here seem quite honest. I’ve worked in a dealership before so I’ve seen how loose that term can be. Price is on the higher side for routine maintenance. I expect that at any dealership. But, like I said, I’ve only had to do routine maintenance here so my review is fairly narrow. More

Fantastic Sevice Department I’ve kept this auto for 10 years due to the fantastic service at Walser Mazda. I’ve waited for the past 5 yeats hoping Mazda will update jump back in I’ve kept this auto for 10 years due to the fantastic service at Walser Mazda. I’ve waited for the past 5 yeats hoping Mazda will update jump back into the large SUV catagory. Due to their decision not to, I’m being forced to look to Toyota, it’s a sad choice to have to make.
