Should say when the team was not there others jumped in to answer questions. Thank you for making this a every easy process . Also we used .9 % financing . That is very important. Good service advisor bad shop and manager Brought my car here for a warranty repair. The first time I brought my car in the repairs were never started and ended up picking my car up after them Brought my car here for a warranty repair. The first time I brought my car in the repairs were never started and ended up picking my car up after them having it for two full days. The first day I was told they’d need it for another day I was okay with that. The second day I never received any updates on my car and was never called once. I ended up calling and picking my car up the next morning. I finally got my car in to get the repairs I dropped it off and left it there over night to give them plenty of time to get it done. I went to get my car the next day as I was told it had been finished to find the my glove box broken when I opened it to put paperwork in there. It was hanging down on the left side. I immediately went back in and told the advisor. The dealership denied damaging my car but they never documented it being damaged on arrival because it was not. The service manager there was very rude and disrespectful he even walked away from me in the middle of our conversation because he was upset I wanted them to make it right while leaving my car in worse shape than what I originally complained about. He then proceeded to tell me “if you want you can go back and tell my tech he’s a liar” when I insisted the car did not come in like that. After getting no where and arguing for a long time he tells me to bring it back where I bought even though I bought the car from them. I will not be bringing my car back here. I live 5 minutes from them and I would rather drive 30 minutes to the next one then to deal with their service manager again. More
