Just wanted a remote start. I came in to get a remote start on my 2015 CX-5 GT. After talking to Dan he made it hard to walk away from not only what I was being offered on my tra I came in to get a remote start on my 2015 CX-5 GT. After talking to Dan he made it hard to walk away from not only what I was being offered on my trade in, but on the vehicle it’s self. I did leave, but returned after realizing this really was an all around deal. Getting a deal that put me in a newer technically advanced car for a lower car payment makes Dan an xxxxxxx. The reason it does is I really didn’t want to buy a car, so making it a deal I couldn’t refuse is an xxxxxxx thing to do. Don’t get me wrong. Dan is a nice guy that is very good at what he does, but he’s still an xxxxxxx. For the record. That is a very big compliment. This has been the best car purchase experience of my life. More

My neighbor said “what a great perk” I was met as I walked in and the tow truck was instructed where to go the service person who helped me thanked him for me and I am embarrassed to say I didn’t get his name. He used to work in a hardware store and could tell me all about the screw!! More

Great Salesperson, car was not properly prepared. The sales experience was great, the car was not properly prepared. A cigeratte butt was placed on the exhaust manifold and before I left the dealersh The sales experience was great, the car was not properly prepared. A cigeratte butt was placed on the exhaust manifold and before I left the dealership I could smell something burning. The windows were dirty. I had to clean the car when I got home. I did my part and brought my papers on my trade-in back to the dealer on Sunday. The car has been great, my salesperson wonderful, but my first impression on how a new car should be prepared was a disaster. That reflects on the how the "service side" of the dealership treats a customer. No thanks. I will take my business elsewhere. Perfect example of how to fail at business. More
